Built for People Who Are Already Invested.
This program is for people who live or work in the San Ramon Valley and want to go deeper than attending a city council meeting. It's not for résumés — it's for people who actually want to understand and contribute to this community.
- You live or work in the San Ramon Valley
- You have genuine commitment to this community
- You can dedicate one full day per month, August through May
- You want direct access — not a lecture series
- Your employer or organization supports your participation
"The program doesn't teach you about leadership — it puts you in the room with leaders and lets you figure out the rest. That's the only way it works."
This is not the right program if:
You're looking for a general professional development certificate, or if you can't commit to all nine sessions. Attendance at every session is required — no exceptions.
Accessible by Design.
Tuition is structured to reflect the sectors we serve. Financial assistance is available — cost should not be a barrier.
Tuition includes all program materials, meals, and the CliftonStrengths assessment. For financial assistance, email info@leadershipsrv.org confidentially.
