Adam Crawford is a Consulting Solution Director at Oracle within the NetSuite business unit, where he leverages over two decades of experience in the software industry to deliver impactful professional services and solutions for clients. His career began at the innovative startup Micromuse, where he worked in Sales and Alliances before the company’s acquisition by IBM. During his seven years at IBM, Adam gained deep insight into navigating large, complex organizations—a skill he brings to his leadership role at Oracle today.
In addition to his professional achievements, Adam is deeply committed to public education and community engagement. He currently serves as President of the Iron Horse Middle School Education Fund and sits on the Boards of the San Ramon Valley Education Fund Endowment and Leadership San Ramon Valley (class of 2025). His efforts in fundraising earned him the Affiliate of the Year and Shining Star awards for the 2021–2022 school year, recognizing his dedication to supporting the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, specifically Twin Creeks Elementary School.
Adam and his wife live in San Ramon, where they are raising two daughters who attend Iron Horse Middle School. Outside of work and volunteerism, Adam enjoys biking, hiking, sailing, micro-brew tasting, and has recently developed a passion for barbecuing. A fun and memorable highlight of his personal life was an unforgettable family safari in Tanzania during the summer of 2024, where he experienced the beauty of wildlife up close.
